Vincent F. Musumeci

Vincent F. Musumeci

He was most at ease with his hands in the soil with his wife and kids by his
side.  The family that farms together, stays together.  He took care of the
Swedesboro Antler’s club; he got them their lodgings, made sure they were fed,
and kept the peace. Of course peace making was what he did the best: whether it
be with family or friends, he helped everyone see the other guy’s point of
view.  He always had a cigar in his mouth when he was playing a few hands at the
Raccoon Club or betting the ponies.  Retirement saw him encouraging his sons and
grandsons playing ball at their High School games and acting as the unofficial
mayor of Lore Drive.

Dancing at the Oasis Ballroom yielded more than a
good time; its where he would meet the late Patty Wigglesworth.
Their 44 year
union was blessed by four children:  Sue (Ron) Caltabiano, Donna Casella, Vincent
(Nancy), and Steven (Robyn); 10 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.  He is
also survived by his siblings: Sally Kinney, Alfio Musumeci, Joseph Musumeci,
and Rosemarie Leone.

Come celebrate 82 great years Friday 6-8 p.m. and
Saturday 9-10 a.m. at Daley Life Celebration Studio, Swedesboro.  Mass of
Christian Burial Saturday 10:30 a.m. at St. Joseph’s Church.  Interment St.
Joseph’s Cemetery. Tell a great story about Vince at lifecelebrationstudio.com.  Donations to Shady Lane
Nursing Home Activities, 256 County House Road, Clarksboro 08020 will be
