Sue Farner

Sue Farner

To know Sue was to know her caring ways. She worked for many years with the disabled at the Salem County Arc and later in respite care, but she enjoyed caring for her family the most. Clients came from far and wide to have Sue do their hair. She had worked as a beautician everywhere from Camden to Cherry Hill to her own kitchen. But there was probably nowhere she was happier than out on her boat, soaking in rays of the Rancocas Creek.

A young Sue headed out on the back of a motorcycle on a blind date with a guy named Chip (Thomas). While the bike may have broken down, the romance kept moving. Their marriage was blessed with two sons: the late Troy and Jeff (Melissa) and two grandchildren, Tyler and Morgayne. She is survived her brothers, Guy (pat) and Augustus (Jean).
Come celebrate 69 great years Saturday 10 to noon at Daley Life Celebration Studio, Swedesboro where there will be a noon service. Donations in lieu of flowers to the ARC of Salem County, P.O. Box 5, Salem NJ 08079.

Sue was a very kind soul. We have enjoyed some great moments with Chip and Sue.
The world was a better place with her in it. We will miss her.
