Scott, Shirley, Connor and Rachel are deeply saddened with the loss of our dear neighbor. We moved in 2 doors from “Mr. Stephan” in 1995 and he was our first visitor. He was a warm and friendly neighbor and always stopped to say hello to us or our children whenever he was outside. He especially loved talking to our children Connor and Rachel, and they always loved to share with him their adventures, vacations, or simply chat about his cats. He never seemed bored with them and let them go on and on until they were finished with their stories. We are saddened today but will remember his kindness and his warm smile.
