Sheila R. Owen

Sheilas family came to New Jersey when her father got transferred. She graduated from Paulsboro High School in 1988. She was an expert at couponing and going after the lowest prices at CVS, and grocery stores. Sheila was a secretary bookkeeper for Gutter Guard. She was completely tone deaf couldn’t sing or dance but always tried even though her family said “Oh Sheila Stop”. She was very protective of her mother Peggy Humphrey and her son Zachary Fowlker. Services will be private.

    I was saddened to read of the loss of your loved one. I personally
    experienced the grief of losing my loved ones. However, there is
    comfort to know the Holy Scriptures gives the assurance
    that God will end death, pain and sorrow. Rev 21:3,4
