He was raised in Southwest Philadelphia and lived in Williamstown before moving to Mickleton. Days off found Bob on Pitman golf course; his home was full of trophies and he once carded an ace. Bob loved the sounds of classical music; he had season tickets to the Philadelphia Orchestra, Madama Butterfly was his favorite opera. He worked for many years at RCA and for the Government.
He’d meet a girl named Maureen on a blind date. Within the year they would marry. She had two boys, Ray (Barbara) and Paul; they would become like his own. He is also survived by his cat, Cara.
Come celebrate 88 great years Saturday, 2-3 pm. at Daley Life Celebration Studio, Swedesboro where there will be a 3 pm. service.
