We are sadden to hear of the sudden death of Rich. Knowing Rich & his wife, Nho, through real estate & socially since the early 80’s, we respected Rich & his input. He’ll be remembered & sorely missed by many.

I was so sad to hear about Rich’s sudden death. I worked with him for many years as the Director of the Senior Citizen Lawyer Referral Program. He was always so helpful and kind to all the clients I referred. He will be missed. My condolences to his family and his law office staff.

Many so often go through life not knowing who they are, what they should be doing or even why they are here. I met Mr. Minteer eight years ago. I went for professional help, spent less than one hour with him and this generous soul changed my life. Since then my son has also gotten help from Mr. Minteer . We both are heart broken, We would like his wife and children to know that we are praying for you and know you must realize how very lucky you all were, for after only one hour with your love one, I knew he came into this world knowing who he was , why he was here and that he would spend his life helping others . May God bless each of you always.

To all of Rick’s family, he and Joyce and I were the three closest inseparable best friends when we were kids in Claysville. We did everything together from breakfast till bedtime and often carried that in to the night sleeping out together in the summer. We were in Scouts, Little League Baseball, and high School Track and Basketball together, Pirates fans and baseball card collectors along with just being the greatest of friends. And while time sent us on our separate ways I did manage to see him Rick from time to time and always got a report on him from his Mom and Dad when I was back in Claysville. I have never forgotten what fun we had as kids and always felt blessed to have counted him as one of my very best friends. Please accept my deepest condolences. Bill

Iam sorry to hear of Rich’s passing. I have used Rich’s legal services since the early
1980’s. I have always considered Rich as my friend and legal adviser. I was fortunate
to have used his services(Will) this past May. And as always we exchanged some light hearted banter while he dispensed his services. Rest in Peace with the Lord my Friend.
