Richard Bascone

Some people live exclusively for others: you’d find Rich in a ripped up shirt and sweat pants, his only concern would be making sure that your clothes were perfect. He started his day off every day at Dunkin Doughnuts before heading up to watch after his grandkids. Rich wasn’t a casual fan: he had lots of opinions about the Phils, Eagles and Flyers and made the trek down to Clearwater to check out spring training. Rich served our nation in Vietnam and he worked for many years as a printer at Color Source in Pennsauken. Quiet times found him listening to some Garth Brooks, watching the Scifi channel, and enjoying reds and whites from the Heritage Winery.
He is survived by his wife, Regina; his son, Stephen, and his daughter, Bethann Bennett (Anthony). Poppy called them Little Buckos, but the big guy didn’t stand a chance against his 5 grandchildren: Tyler, Michaela, Nathan, Joshua and Landon. Tyler and Michaela were more like kids to him; he never missed a soccer game or a dance recital.
Come celebrate 68 selfless years Feb. 28 from 2-4 p.m. at Daley Life Celebration Studio, Swedesboro where there will be a 4 p.m. Hugs and Memories Service.

I read the obituary about the loss of your loved one and I
    extend my sincere condolences.
Death is truly an enemy but there is comfort in the Bible
that “God will actually swallow up death forever and
certainly wipe the tears from all faces.” Isaiah 25:8
Hold onto the beautiful memories of Richard and continue
to have the love and support from family and friends.

I saw your message on Greg’s wall page. I do not know if this is the right Jeanie Thomas. If you are my cousin, please contact me at my email address or home phone, 4847694054.
