Doris “Bebe” Hellings

Doris “Bebe” Hellings

Bebe was born and bred in Riverside. Through her years she stayed limber and witty. Well into her 80’s you might find her on her roof shoveling snow or showing off that she could put her legs behind her head; “You’ve got to keep those things moving” she would say. Bebe was devoted to her daughter, grandchildren and great grandchildren. Quiet times found her watching some old movies and tapping her feet to the sounds of Sinatra.
A young Bebe would meet a war hero, the late William. They called him Bounty. Their marriage was blessed by a daughter, Kathryn (Lori) Fabritiis; grandchildren, Thomas, Robert (Heather) and Edward (Christina); and 4 great grandchildren, Nicholas, Jackson, Marybella and Luke. She is also survived by her brother, Robert (Joan) Hinkle.
Come celebrate 90 feisty years Tuesday 3-4 p.m. at Sweeney Funeral Home, Riverside, where there will be a service a 4 p.m. Interment private at Odd Fellows Cemetery, Burlington.

I read the obituary about the loss of your loved one and I
    extend my sincere condolences.
Death is truly an enemy but there is comfort in the Bible
that “God will actually swallow up death forever and
certainly wipe the tears from all faces.” Isaiah 25:8
Hold onto the beautiful memories of Doris and find comfort
    from loving family and friends.

I was saddened to read of the loss of your loved one. I personally
experienced the grief of losing my loved ones. However, there is
comfort to know the Holy Scriptures gives the assurance
that God will end death, pain and sorrow. Rev 21:4
For the ones we have lost in death, there is a promise for them by
means of the resurrection. John 5:28,29
