Ann Reiter

Ann Reiter

Ann worked for the Department of Defense in Procurement but found her real calling late in life as a grandmother. She loved having her grandkids bike over to her home to hang out and play some cards and board games. Ann always looked great; you never saw her in the same outfit twice, mostly thanks to her being a fan of QVC. She cooked everything, especially Italian, and usually had a pot of gravy going. She enjoyed the occasion Rum and Coke and had a thing for Tom Selleck. Her friendships were cultivated for a lifetime especially her best friend, Jill Shoop. She cheered for the Flyers, Phils and Eagles and loved all kinds of music from Whitney Houston to Chicago to Pink.
She was the mother of Jeff (Gina) and the late baby Jessica; grandmother of Max, Alyssa and Julia and is survived by siblings, William, and Martha.
Come celebrate 76 great years Saturday Feb. 18, 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. at Daley Life Celebration Studio, Swedesboro where there will be a 11 a.m. service.

I am a friend of Bill and Martha’s and one of my sisters Barbara graduated with Ann at Audubon High School. I am glad that I was to spend time with Ann at a few barbecues at her mother’s house in Audubon on the 4th of July. I brought my sister Barbara to the barbecues because I knew Ann was going to be there and they had a glorious time speaking about their children and families. She did speak highly of her children, grandchildren and of course her mother, Bill and Martha. I kept track of her on Facebook and she always had such positive posts and responses. My deepest condolences to the family…

A friend for over 60 years—-so many shared experiences that are now treasured memories. I mourn with all of you but rejoice she is no longer battling Parkinson’s but reunited with all those she loved —–Bunny
