I cannot remember a single time in high school that Phil was not wearing a smile. He always had kind words and his nature was to uplift, encourage, and entertain with his humor. So sorry to hear of his passing. My prayers are with his family during this time. His comedy and happiness will be missed but are surely an example of a wonderful family who were his examples.
